We want you to be fully satisfied with your Phil Wickham merchandise; if you are not, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
